Friends, my obsession with new Oreo flavors continues…If you’ve been here long you know that I am a complete sucker for limited time, limited edition, all new holiday treats. As a result, I have tried nearly every new Oreo flavor that’s come on the market (I missed the Swedish Fish flavor, anyone try it?).
Recently I tried the Oreo Pistachio Thins. I can’t say that I like the flavor. It tastes like a whipped creme, pistachio-flavored, Jello salad that Utahns served up at every event from 1970-2000. I was never a fan. However, if it’s a taste you recall and enjoy, these new Oreos are right up your alley…Better hurry though, they’re limited time – ha!

They taste like a regular Oreo cookie, but people THEY ARE LIMITED EDITION. They have red filling. As a result, I have totally purchased more than one package. See? See how they get me?

- Color Printer (I use a Canon Pixma Pro)
- 80 lb. Bright White Cardstock
- Fiskars Paper Trimmer
- We R Memory Keepers Crop-A-Dile
- We R Memory Keepers Corner Punch
- Fine Point Marker (I love these colorful Le Pens)
- Baker’s Twine or Ribbon
- Gold Scissors (Love these, they’re so sharp!)
- Winter Oreos or Penguin Sachet
How to recreate this penguin Christmas holiday printable:
- Scroll down and sign up to get the Penguin Christmas Holiday Printable Gift Tag.
- Save the printable and open it on your computer.
- Send it to your personal color printer at home or take it to a professional print shop.
Note: I use a Canon Pixma Pro for all of my printable gift tags and art prints. I find that often it prints a cleaner, clearer image than if I took it to a professional printer. The gift tags will look best printed on bright white 80 lb. cardstock. - Trim the gift tags to size. I use this Fiskars trimmer for all of my projects. It’s substantial enough to cut through multiple sheets, while remaining easy to use.
- Punch a hole in the top of the gift tag. The We R Memory Keepers Crop-A-Dile is one of my favorite craft tools. it will punch through anything, including an entire stack of gift tags with ease.
- You can give the tags a more finished look by using the We R Memory Keepers Corner Punch. It’s one of my favorite tools for taking a simple gift tag from printable to perfect.
- Sign the gift tags with a fine point, felt tip marker. I love to use Le Pens. They come in a variety of colors and write so smoothly!
- Tie the penguin Christmas holiday printable gift tags to the Oreos using some baker’s twine or ribbon or simply staple it to a scent sachet.
