Use this free print + cut Father’s Day camping gift tag for the dad who loves the outdoors (or at least likes to pretend like he does). This post contains affiliate links.
A few weeks ago Jay and I went shopping for a fun gift for his parent’s retirement – they’ve moved into an RV and are spending some time traveling through the Western United States. We ended up putting together this fun RV “gift basket.” While we were out shopping, my sweet boyfriend was completely enamored with a little LED Coleman lantern.
We’re not big campers around here, but the lantern actually has loads of around-the-house use and I thought it would make for a fun Father’s Day gift. Of course, I couldn’t just wrap it up like a normal person. Instead, I created a little print + cut Father’s Day camping gift tag to use with the present (his main gift is this fun DIY movie bucket gift set).
Father’s Day Camping Gift Tag
To recreate this fun Father’s Day gift, you will need a camping lantern or other outdoor item. We purchased this little Coleman LED lantern that retails on Amazon for less than $20 for his parents, but I love the look of this cool traditional-style camping lantern. I’ve taken a chance and purchased it for Father’s Day…So much for getting him what he actually likes???
If you’re looking for an alternate gift idea, try a camp chair. There are sooo many to choose from AND, you can get them for a great price this time of year.
Once you’ve selected the gift, it’s time to download, print and cut your gift tag!

I used my at home printer (I use a Cannon Pixma Pro) to print these gift tags out. If you don’t have a printer that will print full color, save the file to a removable thumb drive and run over to the local print shop. Easy peasy.
The tags have been designed to be trimmed up to 4×5 and will fit nicely in an envelope if you’d prefer not to attach it to the gift itself.
I tied the tag on with a bit of ribbon, but feel free to use the card however you’d like!
I love this sweet little tag and since it’s not themed “Father’s Day,” you could honestly use it anytime! Who doesn’t love a little flexibility? Eh?
