Easter is right around the corner and I am doing a little meal planning. Typically I whip up a big Easter brunch, but this year I will be on my own in the morning. My family is coming over in the late afternoon and so I am on the hunt for the BEST Easter dinner ideas. It’s always “fun” trying to find the PERFECT dinner dishes for both the adults and the children, so if you’ve got additional ideas be sure to let me know in the comments!

I’ve learned that when all of the “cousins” are together, having lots of little snacks on hand are as important as the larger meal. I love these cute carrot and humus snacks!
My Mom always made “bunny buns” for us on Easter. This is a different recipe, but the idea is the same. I am adding the ingredients to my shopping list now!
