Easter is right around the corner and I am doing a little meal planning. Typically I whip up a big Easter brunch, but this year I will be on my own in the morning. My family is coming over in the late afternoon and so I am on the hunt for the BEST Easter dinner ideas. It’s always “fun” trying to find the PERFECT dinner dishes for both the adults and the children, so if you’ve got additional ideas be sure to let me know in the comments!
