Halloween Photo Booth

What’s a party without a photo booth? Capture party memories with this Halloween photo booth.

Easy, inexpensive Halloween photo booth.

Halloween is “creeping” up on us pretty quickly. Between delightfully decadent dishes to fun costumes, sometimes party decor gets pushed to the wayside. Easily create the perfect Halloween photo booth using a Silhouette machine, some inexpensive scrapbook paper and a balloon!

To recreate this Halloween photo booth you will need:
Silhouette
Black cardstock
Black glitter cardstock
Halloween print cardstock – my favorite Halloween designs are from Pebbles!
Sewing machine
Black thread
Black Halloween washi tape
Wood skewers
Mylar word balloon
Scissors

The background for this photo booth is made of paper bats, cut from basic black and glitter cardstock on a Silhouette machine (using this design), and sewn into six-foot long paper chains.

The bat paper chains are attached to the wall with a small strip of black Halloween washi tape.

On top of the bat paper chains, I placed an orange “eek” balloon from Northstar balloons that I found at Target. If your local store is out, you can purchase it online here.

I placed a funky gray couch filled with Halloween pillows, like this Hocus Pocus pillow, in front of the background.

Don’t have a couch? Don’t worry, use chairs or simply have your guests stand in front of the background.

Next to the photo booth, we placed a table filled with fun photo props like witches hats and fun accessories cut on Halloween-themed scrapbook paper, using a Silhouette, and mounted on wooden skewers.

Here are the designs used:
Bats
Halloween Glasses
MORE Halloween Glasses
Masks, Crowns and Lips

I love how it turned out. The best part is I can either stash the paper pieces away for next year or toss them, because they were so inexpensive to make!

How fun is this! I wish I’d gotten my act together this year to have thrown a Witches Brew Tea Party. Will be pinning and (hopefully) use next year!
