There are few treats I love more than a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. Chocolate peanut buttery goodness is so so yum! These Reeses Peanut Butter Bars take that delicious one step further.
I bought a few too many Reeses Peanut Butter Eggs during the Easter season. It’s not that I wouldn’t enjoy having them around, it’s that I would! I knew I’d have guests in town so I whipped up a super last-minute Reeses Peanut Butter Bar recipe. It’s a real crowd pleaser.
This recipe is so simple that you could even let your kids experiment with it. It’s only got four ingredients!
Reeses Peanut Butter Bars
1 White Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker)
2 Eggs
1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
3 packages Reeses Peanut Butter Cups chopped
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 pan for the oven (lightly coated with non-stick spray).
Combine white cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil.
Press the thick cookie like batter into the bottom of the pan.
Add chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups to the top of the dough evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes and then cut to size and serve.
So simple, right?!
