Spooky Graveyard Pudding Cups

Hi, everyone! My name is Jamie and I blog over at Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom. I’m so happy to be a new contributor here at Snap!

On weekdays, you can usually find me working in my office until the moment the school bus arrives with my two elementary-aged kids. (I’m very fortunate the bus stop is right at our driveway.) Almost always, the first thing out of their mouths is, “What’s for snack?”

I rarely have special after-school snacks prepared for them. I usually I give them fruit, yogurt or granola bars. Occasionally, I’ll stop work early and if my son’s daily (online) behavior report has more green marks than red, I’ll make something special.

My kids love pudding (so do I of course) and what’s more special than Halloween-themed pudding?

Their little faces just lit up when I pulled these pudding cups out of the fridge. Totally worth the extra effort! (Not that there was a lot of effort—I used instant pudding after all…) I thought about creating the “graveyard” in a pie plate, but I figured these little individual cups would be easier for serving and clean-up. (Plus, I’m still trying to use up this package of 1000 drink cups we bought for a party several years ago…)
