Remember when I told you the air conditioning was broken in my house? Yeah. Well, the air conditioning is still broken in my house. Sigh…I would likely be more concerned about it, but fortunately the weather has taken a turn. It was in the 50’s today – there was snow in parts of Utah! Fickle, fickle weather.
Between the heat and the rain, I haven’t gotten some of the DIY projects done that I would have liked to. Fortunately, you’ve all been keeping busy and I have some fun upcycled furniture shares for you today!
Show + Tell Highlights
You’re not going to believe what this bed looked like when it was started. THIS is a great Ikea hack!

This next project took some vision. I am truly impressed. Who would have thought a wood round and some copper tubing could look so good?

And, because I apparently can’t get enough of Katie’s projects, you’ve got to check out this dresser. I am totally digging the copper!

Okay, okay. So tin cans are not REALLY furniture, but I really do love how The Crafted Sparrow has taken something simple and made it look like home decor that cost $$$.

And now for something TOTALLY different…
I have a tendency to feature projects that are my own personal style. I am stepping into a pair of much more “crafty” shoes today and sharing a project I know loads of you will love – a cheerful dresser upcycled dresser used for music storage.

There were actually loads of great projects shared this week and I have been busy pinning and scheduling others on Facebook and Pinterest. I can’t wait for you to see them!

When I came home from my morning walk this morning, the A/C wasn’t working. Thankfully, it was just a fuse, but I did have a moment of panic there;) Hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks for hosting:)
