Show & Tell No. 58

So guess what? I took a bit of a blogging break for a couple of weeks. Maybe you noticed we didn’t have a linky, maybe you didn’t. I am a little scared that maybe you will not be here now that I am ready to share again, but I believe in practicing what I preach.

Being a consistent (and generally frequent) poster is important, but you know what’s more important? Listening to your heart and knowing what you can and just cannot do. So, I took a break. I missed you guys. I missed reading your posts. I loved just letting go and not thinking about the blog (mostly) for a couple of weeks. I might even do it again someday.

I know I could have just posted today’s linky without any sort of preamble, but for some reason I just wanted to tell you that sometimes it’s okay to take a break. The world will still keep spinning without you blog post.

Okay. Off the soapbox. Let’s link up.

Show & Tell Linky

Ok friends, it’s time for you to show off your projects for the week. Let’s see what you’ve been up to.

  • Link any sort of craft or DIY projects or recipes, but make sure you link to the specific post, rather than your home page.
  • Please do not link projects that have been shared previously. Please don’t link up your own linky party.
  • Follow me on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter where I will share some favorite projects.
  • Everyone loves comments. Please take a moment and comment on two posts above yours and two posts below.

So glad you are back…I never judge during a bloggie break. I just think, “luck lady!” It’s hard in the summers…you deserve a break!

Welcome back! I really appreciate your preamble. Breaks are necessary. As a busy mom sometimes we forget that.
