I have to admit, this whole crock pot series is really for me…I’ve been having a really hard time balancing everything lately and we’ve all been eating out WAAAAY too much. Slow cooker recipes are going to save me (or so I hope!).

Let me first say that I don’t cook. But…that being said… your recipe looked good. Living in California … to one Hispanic guy… we eat a lot of Mexican food … out of course. I just recently discovered carne asada tacos…I die.
Anyway they gave a new meaning to Taco Tuesday. Yes this is a Mexican hotbed….big whoop. Anyway I thought …as i said your tacos looked good. But what in the heck is rotel? Never heard of it. Thanks for the crock pot idea. That doesn’t really count as cooking does it.
Good question! Rotel tomatoes…It’s a brand of canned/diced tomatoes!
