I only just realized that I haven’t posted my Halloween mantel…Better get at least a photo up before the holiday is completely over…
Because my mantel is smack dab in between two fairly large windows, it can be a bit tricky to photograph – day or night.
In the case of these photos, I decided to use my flash and wouldn’t you know it now looks like there’s a ghost in the mirror…Either that or it’s dusty and for the record, it’s not. CREEPY!
Show and Tell Highlights
Darn you and your tasty treats! Every single week whilst going through the projects to pick out my favs, I find myself craving a little something, which invariably ends with me rummaging in the kitchen!
This week I am going to start out with a couple of the yummy food posts that had me licking my lips…
Pumpkin pecan cinnamon rolls from Todd and Linsey? Sound like fall in one bite (or several as the case may be).
I am totally on a pumpkin kick and will for sure be loading up through Thanksgiving…Check out these yummy gluten free pumpkin pancakes from Family and Home Life.
Okay. So I haven’t jumped onto the salted caramel bandwagon quite yet, but photos of salted caramel mocha cupcakes like these from A Pumpkin and A Princess might entice me…
I am so overwhelmed with all of the delicious food posts I’m not sure delicious smells are the way to go, but this delightful fall potpourri recipe from Practically Functional sounds wonderful.
Oh dear Sarah (Becoming Martha), you and your glittered acorns had me at first glance. All this glittery goodness you’ve been sharing has me wanting to move right in!
Acorns make me think of warm fall evenings and the cozy of a fire. Speaking of, be sure to check out this faux mantel cover, or fantel, from Thrifty and Chic.
Looking for some fun fall printables to share with your friends? Look no further. Check out these free fall printables from Let’s Eat Grandpa.
Friends, this week I am wrapping up not with a fall feature, but a sweet little nursery piece. I adore this fun DIY giraffe nursery artwork from The Quick Journey. Lovely.
Thanks so very much for sharing your awesome posts! If you’d like, please feel free to grab a “featured” button for your site!

You are so sweet, thank you for featuring my cupcakes. I’m loving the salted caramel bandwagon lately. 🙂 Oh and your Halloween mantel looks awesome! Thanks for hosting, Tauni!
Crystal, I think I am the ONLY person who hasn’t hopped on board that wagon…I should give it another try. Thanks for your sweet comments on my Halloween mantel. xoxo, T.
Thanks for hosting Tauni! Your Halloween mantel is great, thanks for sharing with all of us 🙂
Taryn, I was just thinking of you today…You’re one of my favorite bloggers right now. Thanks for sharing your stuff each week! xoxo, T.
Oh my… I came by to link up this week and saw my canvas. Thank you for the feature!!! I am so giddy-excited!
Liz, Your canvas is absolutely ADORABLE. I love it. Great job on the fabric choices. xoxo, T.
I love the mantel, Tauni!!
Thanks so much Michele. I loved it too…Until it made me realize that my house is probably haunted. xoxo, T.
Thanks for featuring our Cinnamon Rolls! 🙂
Lindsey, The cinnamon rolls look delicious! Thanks for sharing such great posts! xoxo, T.
Haha! Personally I’d much rather bake something delicious; then your house smells good AND you get to eat yummy food! But one thing I love about that simmer pot is that it will last all season if you just keep filling it with water. So I figure it’s a good quick shortcut, cuz there’s no way I will actually bake something every day! Thanks for the feature!
Jessi, Your post actually reminded me of growing up. My mom had this old cast iron kettle that she used for seasonal potpourri. It stayed on the stove with no fear of tipping and spilling. Thanks for the share! xoxo, Tauni
That’s a little creepy about your mirror! Your mantle looks great though. Thanks for hosting the party! I hope you have a great Wednesday and Happy Halloween!
Amy, I know, right?! I didn’t notice the creepiness until I was uploading the photos to the site. It’s so weird. xoxo, Tauni
Awww thank you so much for sharing my glittery goodness! You are welcome to move in anytime – Canada needs more crafty bloggers 🙂
Sarah, You might not want me. I come with all boys and a dog 🙂 Hence the reason I never feel as if there is enough glitter in my life. xoxo, Tauni
Thank you for hosting this great party each week…..
Thanks for hosting another great party! Those printables from last week are so cute…I’m pretty sure I NEED those1
Thank you for hosting, it’s my first time partying here 😉
