Pesto Tortellini Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Tortellini I used one package of the Bertolli tortellini
  • Spinach
  • Mozzarella
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Pesto sauce
  • Wooden or bamboo skewers

Method
 

  1. Boil tortellini noodles in water as directed. Drain, set aside and allow noodles to cool.
  2. Cut grape tomatoes and mozzarella in half, if desired.
  3. Thread tortellini noodles, spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes on skewers and place on tray.
  4. Brush or drizzle skewers with pesto sauce.
