Hi SNAP friends! Kimberly from A Night Owl here, and this month I’m mixing things up a bit and instead of bringing you a craft, I’m sharing a super tasty and EASY Caramel Macchiato Popsicles recipe! Now that we’re heading into Summer, I become obsessed with all things popsicles. I honestly try to think of something new to freeze up almost every week. Another one of my obsessions happens to be coffee, so naturally, coffee popsicles are tops on my list.
What are your favorite Summer coffee drinks? Mine are iced coffee and if I’m feeling like a bit more of a treat, I order a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. Yummm…I think those are my favorite, but since they’re pricey I keep them to a minimum, you know – like when you’re cashing in your dozen reward, right? 🙂
So naturally, Caramel Macchiato Popsicles sounded like a dream to me. You could make them with your favorite coffee or even take it a step further like I did and grab the Starbucks Iced Cafe Favorites Caramel Macchiato premade drink like I did. I grabbed some milk and mixed with caramel coffee syrup for one layer. Then for the middle layer I mixed the caramel milk blend with the Caramel Macchiato drink. Then the final layer I simply poured in the Caramel Macchiato.
Once those are frozen up you have one tasty coffee treat! You can even drizzle some caramel sauce on top like they do with the drink – I won’t tell anyone!
Caramel Macchiato Popsicles
- Starbucks Caramel Macchiato Iced Cafe Favorites or coffee
- Caramel syrup
- Caramel sauce optional
- Pour coffee into bottom third of the popsicle mold and freeze.
- Mix coffee and milk blend into second third of the popsicle mold and freeze.
- Finish top third of the popsicle mold with caramel milk blend and freeze.
- Top popsicle with caramel sauce (optional) and enjoy!
