Pumpkin Butterscotch Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2/3 C Butter Softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 1/3 C Flour
  • 1 1/2 C Pumpkin
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 C Butterscotch Chips
  • 1/2 C Chocolate Chips Optional

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and milk.
  3. Add flour, pumpkin, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice and salt and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold in butterscotch chips and chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
  6. Bake for 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
