Have you tried every planner on the planet in an effort to organize? It’s time to stop wasting money and organize your entire life with Trello – the productivity tool, for planning your dreams.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve been tempted to join the crafty bandwagon with this happy brand that’s taken craft stores by storm, but sheer number of accessories overwhelms me. More recently I’ve considered investing in this well thought out executive version. I still might, just for kicks!
Any paper planning product I invest in at this point would be for the sheer joy of it because I’ve taken my planning and productivity system digital, with Trello.
Organize Your Entire Life with Trello
If you’re anything at all like me, I very nearly lost you when I used the word DIGITAL.
My friends, I get it.
I am the girl that prefers real books to using a Kindle. Every time…How else would I underline and highlight sections in every single one of these?!)
I still send handwritten thank you cards in the mail.
And, I have sticky notes posted all around my desk. (They’re just filled with my favorite quotes instead of lists these days.)
So when I tell you that Trello is worth “investing” in, I mean it.
What is Trello?
Trello is a web-based, visual productivity and organizational system – think Pinterest for task management.
It’s perfect for housing all of your to do lists, plans and reference material for everything from weekly goals and business plans to holiday gift lists and vacation planning.
One of my favorite features is the ability to have “my list” with me wherever I go. While working I often use Trello on my desktop, but it’s robust app make it the perfect tool while on the go.
The best part? Trello is FREE!
Yep. You read that right. It is a free application you can use to organize your entire life.
There is an option to upgrade your service to get additional board functionality, but I used Trello regularly for more than a year before I found a reason to shell out the whopping $5 a month for additional services.
I’d love for you to utilize my referral link when you sign up for a Trello account, hoping that together we can grab Trello’s attention, but this isn’t an affiliate push. I do not receive a referral fee when you sign up for an account – I’m not blogging for dollars. I am sharing because I FREAKING LOVE this tool.
Is Trello Right for You?
Maybe this sounds like you…
You juggle a million different things – too many to keep straight without making a few notes.
You regularly jot things down just like you’re supposed to, but you don’t always have your planner on hand. Your lists end up in a planner, on sticky notes and occasionally on the back of an envelope or napkin.
Or, maybe this sounds familiar…
You love making lists. You keep them all on hand so they don’t get lost in the shuffle of every day life. You spend time each day carefully crossing things off your list and carefully moving incomplete items to new lists as needed.
I’ve found myself facing both scenarios with a mixture of triumph and frustration…
And, we haven’t even discussed what happens when those lists end up near a glass of spilt milk. The horror!
If you’re ready to move from being busy, to being productive then TRELLO IS FOR YOU!
I started using Trello to organize my business and today it serves as the system I use to run nearly all of my programs. It didn’t take long before I realized Trello could provide for greater organization in my personal life too.
You can organize your entire life with Trello.
Don’t believe me? One of the best things about Trello is how flexible it is. I’ve created a list of more than 50 ways you can use Trello to boost your productivity.
