Pumpkin Butterscotch Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2/3 C Butter Softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 1/3 C Flour
  • 1 1/2 C Pumpkin
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 C Butterscotch Chips
  • 1/2 C Chocolate Chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and milk.
  • Add flour, pumpkin, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin spice and salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in butterscotch chips and chocolate chips if desired.
  • Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
  • Bake for 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
