The seasons of SYTYC always go by so fast don’t they?  I can’t believe we’ve already been through the 9 weeks of the challenge and we’re down to the final two!

This week the challenge isn’t anonymous.  I figure you have already figured out who is who by now so there isn’t much point in not telling you anymore

Ok guys.  There was a little issue with the poll this morning.  Thank you to everyone that pointed it out to me!

I’ve gone over it with my web designer and we think we’ve come up with a better option, some of the changes will be happening right now and some will come into plan when the new season actually starts.

So, the changes happening now:

Instead of voting for your top and bottom favorites, just rank them in order of preference.  Since that will expand the width of the poll beyond what will fit in the sidebar it has been moved to the actual post HERE.  Since I had to set up a new poll the voting will be extended 5 hours this week – it will close at 5am PT on Friday. Everyone that has already votes please go vote again!

And the changes happening later:

To make it easier to find the current challenge post and poll, my designer is working on adding a button to the top left of the page, right in plain site.  This will make it easier than scrolling through the sidebars to find it. The new button will be making it’s appearance with season 15 in a few weeks (or maybe even earlier!).

So here we are at the auditions for the next season.  The audition round is probably my favorite of every season.  We get to meet a whole new group of ladies.  It’s so great!  Come and see what these fabulous ladies have done!

1. Tell us a little about you and your blog.

I craft and write in the Valley of the Sun, otherwise known as Phoenix. I love the desert but hate the summer heat! I am a mom of three children, two boys and a girl. I am formerly a high school band teacher, but currently stay at home, blog, and teach piano lessons. My sister and I blog over at Occasionally Crafty. We both are busy being moms, but we love to craft when we can, so Occasionally Crafty was born! We share our favorite home décor and seasonal crafts, sewing projects, kids projects, printables, and even recipes.
